Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Standard Shipping: 5–7 business daysExpedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available at checkout)

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Delays GoldenJas Beauty is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery. If you have an issue, please contact your local carrier with your tracking number.
